I know i can buy one face to face. I also know i can't buy one from an FFL til i turn 21 but I was wondering if it would be different buying from an online gun dealer. Thanks
Hey, I'm going to get a Mauser 98K from classicarms.us I was wondering: what nearby gunshops might transfer the rifle over for me? I don't have an FFL naturally. Thanks, and cheers!
I know i have to get my ffl and find a building to host the gun store but does anyone know what else i need to do and where i can get the information
I know you have to have an FFL to purchase a complete l. reciever online, but could you buy all the parts seperatly and not require a licencse? Or is there a part that requires it?
I meant the actual action, not cosmetic features like a handle.
I am interested in getting a federal firearms license through the ATF. I am interested in gun collecting and would love to have a AK 47 or an the updated AK74 full auto assault rifle to take to the range. I am not sure how to get the FFL because I am not a firearms dealer.
I live in CA (bay area) and I'm trying to buy & build a legal AR-15 but I'm not sure if the lower receiver is the only thing that I need a FFL for or not.
Can I buy the lower assembly parts, bullet button magazine lock, fully assembled upper, and collapsible stock all online and shipped to my house?
Also if any one knows where I can get a lower receiver in the Solano County area that would be helpful.
Thanks,
Darryl
I don't have much $ to start up. My husband has all the expertise. I believe there is no FFL needed since we won't be selling guns or ammo.
