Of course one's shorter than the other, but are they the same diameter/caliber?
I am wondering what it costs in terms of set up to start reloading and to find out how complex it is?
I primarily shoot 12 gauge, 9mm, and .40 caliber. I shoot some .357 sig and .30-30.
How much would it cost to get started with reloading 12 gauge, 9mm, and .40? Also, it is easier to reload shotgun shells or casings which are straight (not necked). What type of set up is needed? Should I buy a kit or piecemeal?
How much do you have to shoot and reload for this to be economical and worth the capital investment of buying a reloader and required supplies?
I know absolutely nothing abour reloading, so thoughts are appreciated.
I like revolvers, but need help figuring out what caliber or brand to buy.
I like revolvers, but don't know what caliber to buy or what brands are good. This would be my first handgun. I'm looking for something to protect my house if someone were to break in, or to just take to the gun range and shoot. I probably not ever going to go hunting with it.
The gun is in ok condition after a cusory visual check. The stock is dinged up but there are no cracks. The barrel and reciver show some pitting but not much. The action seems smooth to me.
I do not know a ton about guns so what should I ask before buying this gun? Should I buy this gun? I am looking for a bit of history and something to shoot.
P.S. Anyone out there have a M1 Garand they are selling?
How would the caliber affect it? (Other than it using a bigger/smaller bullet.)
OK so how do I check to see that the bolt fits tight?

I just bought a hand gun i purchased a 40 caliber because it is strong enough to hunt with but i can also take it to the range and for home protection. Does anyone know do i have to contact my insurance company to let them know i have a gun? Would it just be to get the gun convered in case it ever gets stolen? Would my rates go up?
I want to compare an AR-15 with a regular rifle you would use for something like hunting. The plan is to see which people think is scarier and then tell them that the regular rifle is more lethal than the AR-15. So I need a rifle that has a higher caliber than AR-15.
Thanks!
If you wanted to buy a new Glock pistol, which one would you buy? Caliber doesn't matter, and sooner or later you will obtain both models, but if you had to buy only one at the moment which one would you buy first?
Glock 21 or Glock 19?
Can you get an extended clip for the Desert Eagle?
and does the .357 or .44 caliber for the Desert Eagle penetrate bulletproof vests?
I am looking to buy a flat top AR 15 for varmint hunting. I want a dependable rifle that is easy to maintain. I have looked mainly at the Bushmaster and the Remington R 15. The thing I like about the Remington is that it comes in .204 which is a caliber I like. I don't have a huge budget to buy one ether so just want to know the best rifle for my money.
What caliber of bullets do the AK-47 and the AR-15 assault rifles shoot?
Also, are the bullets difficult to find?
Are the bullets expensive to buy?
it is a Colt AR 15 A2 Rifle with original stock .223 Caliber Sporter 2 The barrel length is 20" w/a Bayonet & case ?
Of course it would be heavier and beefier and closely resemble the M1. I think it be a big hit like their new 380.
I realize it's not a hunting caliber and the current one is way overpriced.
