I live in NC. Is it illegal to carry a samurai sword if you have a concealed weapons permit?
I live in Moore County, Is it illegal to carry a sheathed samurai sword if I have a concealed weapons permit?

Get into the nitty-gritty of the law. If it covers knives (not swords) they too have to be concealed. So, if blade length is not the issue, then you’ll have to find a way to conceal it. Maybe a trench coat?

The permit is for a firearm not a sword…… As for the legality of carry I would not want to be the test case. You could be hit with soooooo many BS charges, prohibited offensive weapon, dangerous instrument, creating a public disturbance, etc etc etc
