in order to buy guns u have to have dinar(in game money). next u go to item shop in the game. u click on the gun u want to buy and for how long then u click buy.(for some guns u have to be a specific lvl.
the answer for ur second question. u have to kill people to gain exp points. exp points help u lvl up. its easy passing lvl.
